Mr. Ravi Nigam

The Company is headed by Mr. Ravi Nigam, who has got vast experience in Project Management Services.

He had started his professional career with “DAVY POWER GAS (I) Pvt. Ltd.” (Currently known as “Aker Power Gas”, a leading Engineering Consultants executing turnkey industrial projects to the tune of more than Rs. 5,000 crores) in 1983 and worked with them for more than three years as a Construction Engineer.

While working with “Davy Power Gas”, he had handled various Big Projects, e.g., Herdillia Chemicals Ltd. Thane-Belapur (Transalkylation and fumeric Acid Project), Hindustan Lever Ltd. Haldia (D.A.P Project), Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd. Mahul, refinery Chembur. (ENCON Project), Hindustan Flouro Carbon, Medak (PT.F.E. Project) etc.

He joined “Polychem Ltd.” In 1986 as Sr. Project Engineer and graduated to Project Manager in 1991 and worked in their Project Division for more than 10 years. In Polychem, apart from executing various Industrial Projects, he was also responsible for restoration of their badly corroded Plants at Chembur, Goregaon, Pune and Baroda. He had also rehabilitated many severely damaged R.C.C. structures of their Housing Colony at various locations. In between he was selected with P.W.D. as an Assistant Engineer at Gorakhpur in the year 1991 but didn’t continue for long and joined back to Polychem Ltd.

Having started his full fledged “Business Career” as a “PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT” since 1996 and carried out many structural restoration Projects for Residential & Industrial buildings, which have been served eviction notice by B.M.C. due to its severely dilapidated condition.

Mr. Nigam was actively involved in organizing seminars on “Seismic Assessment & Retrofitting” in Mumbai at “The Institution of Engineers (India).”
